Founder’s Story
Hi, I’m Gloriana Teh, founder of Claritas Consulting & Coaching.
I founded Claritas to enable leaders to thrive by connecting the head and the heart! Claritas equips leaders to build thriving, high-performing teams and break down silos to collaborate and innovate.
I believe we were created to work and we spend so much time at work, if we can enjoy that time and be more productive at the same time, it makes life better for you and everyone around you.
We help organizations re-think how they can better leverage data to build stronger teams. At one point in my career, even though I had the smallest team, we were working on the largest initiatives in our division. I have worked extensively with cross-functional teams using data and projects to unlock value for organizations.
During COVID I decided to pivot from management and process development to consulting and people development after almost 20 years in corporate. Since then, I have coached clients and used data driven approaches to unlock value and create clarity for different type and size organizations including a Fortune 500 company.
I have long been a fan of assessments because they provide data about ourselves. Discovering Harrison Assessments is what eventually led me to start Claritas. I enjoy working with data and problem solving, but people are what make successful teams. My coaching specialty is paradoxical leadership and collaboration especially for leaders of technical teams.
On the consulting side, Claritas provides information to business and HR leaders about their people so they can more effectively develop the organization. When I was an R&D manager, I was frustrated by how little data was available to people managers. People are a company's greatest asset and often their largest expenditure. There is significant ROI when you invest in your human capital yet often organizations are not strategic enough about improving their people operations compared to their business or manufacturing operations.
In addition to being a Harrison Assessments solutions provider and certified coach, I hold an MBA and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and am a lifelong learner. I have been a presenter for several organizations including the Association of Talent Development (ATD), International Coaching Federation (ICF), and Project Management Institute (PMI).
Drawing on my diverse experience, I will equip you with unique solutions for your specific situation. My process development background enables me to create robust and scalable solutions for my clients. I have long been an early adopter of leading-edge solutions and most of what I’ve worked on in my career involved designing and implementing significant change.
I am based in metro Atlanta and blessed to have a wonderful family, friends, and pup. I enjoy reading and traveling in my spare time.
I firmly believe in giving back, which is why a portion of Claritas’ proceeds are provided as an offering to support non-profits develop their people.

Steve Dwire serves as a leadership and management coach helping technical business leaders advance with excellence and avoid promotion remorse. Through his career, he discovered that many technology leaders struggle as they advance. When they become managers, they expect a change of responsibility, but they can be surprised by how much their identity must change. They're surprised again when they have managers as their direct reports. Each step up brings new challenges that take a toll both on the leaders and on their teams.
Steve has led software engineering and IT teams in companies running the gamut from startup to Fortune 100. His combination of a Masters Degree in Software Engineering, ICF-approved coach training, and decades of real-world experience as an engineer and in multiple director roles makes him distinctly suited to help managers and directors of technical teams succeed as they grow in their career.
Steve is married with three adult children. He is active in his church's music ministry and participates in a mentorship program with the local public elementary school. Outside of work, Steve and his wife love to hike, while he and one of his sons are co-writing a science fiction novel.
