Founder’s Story

Hi, I’m Gloriana, owner of Claritas Consulting & Coaching.

My passion is equipping leaders to build healthy, high-performing teams!

I believe we were created to work and we spend so much time at work, if we can enjoy that time and be more productive at the same time, it makes life better for you and everyone around you.

Throughout my career, I have helped organizations re-think how they can leverage their data and optimize their processes. I have worked extensively with cross-functional teams using data and projects to unlock value for organizations. In addition to being a Harrison Assessments solutions provider and IBM business partner, I am a certified coach, Project Management Professional (PMP), and lifelong learner.

During COVID I decided to change career paths from management and process development to consulting and people development. Since then, I have coached clients and used data driven approaches to unlock value and create clarity for different type and size organizations including a large Fortune 500 company.

Most of what I’ve worked on in my career involved significant change, including leading complex programs and projects. I have 20+ years of corporate experience and 15+ years leading projects. I leverage my background as a process development engineer to create robust and scalable solutions for my clients. I enjoy problem solving and numbers, but people are what make successful teams.

During my time as an R&D manager, one of the things that I found frustrating is how little data was available to people managers. People are a company's greatest asset and often their largest expenditure. I will show you how to apply proven concepts from continuous improvement and project management to improve your people operations.

I have long been a fan of assessments because they provide data about ourselves. Discovering Harrison Assessments is what eventually led me to start Claritas. My coaching specialty is collaborative leadership especially for those that have a technical background.

Other tools I use are not widely known even though they are time tested and powerful. With my expertise in process development and optimization, I have long been an early adopter of leading- edge technology. Drawing on my diverse skill set and experience, I will equip you with multiple tools to create unique solutions for your specific situation.

I am based in metro Atlanta and blessed to have a wonderful family, friends, and pup. I enjoy reading and traveling in my spare time.

I firmly believe in giving back, which is why 10% of Claritas’ proceeds will be given as an offering to support local non-profits develop their people.
